Marketing Plan Implementation for a New Product

For this project, my team and I developed a comprehensive marketing plan for "Alma," an electric bike designed specifically for women. We conducted extensive market research, including SWOT and PESTEL analyses, to understand the demand for female-oriented e-bikes in Spanish cities like Valencia and Seville. After identifying key customer segments—such as urban commuters, young professionals, and environmentally conscious consumers—we positioned Alma as a premium, ergonomic, and eco-friendly transportation option.
To bring our plan to life, we crafted a detailed marketing strategy that included social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, test-ride events, and community engagement activities. Additionally, we designed a pricing strategy, determined distribution channels, and projected financial outcomes. Through teamwork, research, and strategic decision-making, we successfully applied marketing concepts in a real-world scenario, gaining valuable insights into branding, consumer behavior, and business strategy.

Revitalizing Casa Mercedes: A Strategic Marketing Plan for a Local Business

Individual Project
For this project, I analyzed the challenges faced by Casa Mercedes, a small, family-owned food business struggling to compete with a newly opened supermarket. Through extensive market research, consumer segmentation, and competitive analysis, I developed a strategic marketing plan aimed at repositioning the brand as a premium, community-focused grocery and bakery. My strategy included refining the product offerings, adjusting pricing to remain competitive, improving store layout and service hours, and implementing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, I created a financial projection model to forecast business growth and assess the impact of these marketing efforts over time.
I used a data-driven approach to evaluate Casa Mercedes’ market position and identify key opportunities for differentiation. By developing targeted communication strategies, such as social media campaigns and in-store promotions, I aimed to strengthen customer loyalty and attract new clientele. My recommendations also included expanding the brand’s online presence and introducing a loyalty program to incentivize repeat business.

Digital Marketing Consulting Competition: Promoting the Milwaukee Theater District
As the Creative Strategy Lead for the Digital Marketing Consulting Competition, I am working with my team to develop a strategic digital marketing plan for Visit Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Theater District. Our goal is to increase awareness, drive ticket sales, and grow engagement for the district’s 16 venues and performing arts organizations. My role focuses on crafting compelling messaging, creative content, and digital campaign strategies to position the Milwaukee Theater District as a must-visit cultural destination.
Throughout the competition, we are conducting market research, defining target audiences, and designing promotional strategies that align with the district’s mission. Our final deliverables, including a full marketing strategy and presentation, will be judged by industry professionals from Visit Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Theater District. This project is an exciting opportunity to apply real-world marketing skills, collaborate with my team, and make a meaningful impact on Milwaukee’s arts and entertainment scene.
